Yearly Traffic at a glance
Zoom in on the details

Reading the numbers correctly
- Visitors for a year are the sum of each day’s unique visitors, so a person who visits on many days counts many times.
- The current year is marked so far and has no change value, because it is not complete.
- The average per year uses completed years only.
- Change compares a year with the year before it. The first year in the list has no change value because there is nothing to compare it with.
- Mobile is the share of visitors on mobile devices. Bots are counted separately.
Four ways to use it
- See the long-term direction. Compare the bars of several years at a glance.
- Celebrate progress. Look at how visitors and page views grew since your first year.
- Judge big changes. Compare the years before and after a major relaunch.
- Report. Export the table to CSV or Excel.

Common questions
Why does the current year have no change value?
It is not complete yet, so comparing it with a full year would be misleading. The value appears once the year has ended.
Why is the first year without a change value?
There is no earlier year in the list to compare it with.
Why do yearly visitors look higher than the number of people?
Visitors are counted once per day, so people who come on several days are counted several times.
How far back can I look?
Up to 10 years, as long as your counter has been running that long.
